I do well on animal protien. Please remember everyone is different, and while many advocate vegan or raw, there are also experts who advocate good quality animal protein. Some who are very sick read that raw is the be all and end all, adn they try it but their digestion is too weak to handle it.

To the original poster: Pasta????? Pasta is not allowed on a candida diet, unless possibly made from quinoa or something. Anything with wheat is not allowed.
