> I am doing the liver cleanse as suggested by Andreas Moritz . I have done four and am still getting stones out. But a friend says that Epsom Salts , which are used in quite high doses for the day of the cleanse itself, can be stressful for the heart, and not recommended particularly for people with "thick" blood. Can you tell me anything about this? The dosage Andreas suggests is four tablespoons during the 14 hours of the overnight cleanse.

You can take 1/2 of that dose, if you are affraid.
It will not significantly change your flush results.

But, it may happened you don't get diarrhea. So ... to get things out quickly, you should use enema.

Read about Water Cure , to learn how to rehydrate your body and how to cure "thick" blood.
