p b and c shakes very important. I posted a link dwon the page or on the previous page with great advice for enemas.Only hold as long as is conmformable. i do a series of like 3 or 4 at a time. The first 2-3 clean me out and the last one I use probiotics nd I try to retain as long as possible. You cannot retain becasue you are back up. You have to empty out of bowel matter and then you can retain the last one , roll around , massage your intestines and retain it. That is when I see huge clumps come out.
