thanks for your replies. i have had food poisoning before, and it was different to that. The only thing I thought it was like was salmonella. If it had been that of course, I would have deteriorated fast and would still be in the bathroom now! But that was the level of pain and all over sickness involved.

I think you are right. It most likely was clearing out a layer of die off or mucoid plaque. I didn't know that mucoid plaque would come away with diet alone though?

I started my enemas today. I couldn't hold for long, but got a load of pumpkin seeds out! I had been snacking on them yesterday. Anyone one know how much warm water I should be taking in, and how long should I be holding for? I could barely hold for ten minutes today.

I wil take your advice and order the stuff for the P&B shakes and get started.
