First, you need to get cleaned out. You cannot allow yourself to get constipated as it is the #1 worse thing that could happen if you have candida. Enemas are good. It is likely you need to get on some really good vitamins along with magnesium, calcium vitmain c with zinc. magnesium will regulate the bowel nd hlep greatly with digestion . You need to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If your urine is clear you are good, the darker it gets the more dehydrated you are and that is bad.

Heartburn can be a bear, I suffered wiht it for a long time many years back. It does go away. Have you considered getting a stool test for h pylori bacteria? It is the bacteria thought to cause an ulcer, it is possible you have it. Supposedly Antibiotics get rid of it, but of course I do not recommend that. You may want to google h pylori and find out what natural antibacterials or antifungals will kill it off.

What you describe is candida. White threads or clumps. If you are like me you may have loads of it inside you . If you are only seeing a little trickling out is like being on the 10 year plan. If you would like to see more come out try those p b c shakes , they work amazingly well. Getting cleaned out and ceecking for h pylori could be your answer. You may also need to speed up digestion with enzymes. A lack of enzymes slows down the digestion and creates all kinds of problems. However it might help you or might make heartburn worse. You might also try checking your ph, you may be on the acid side. If that is the case try a little baking soda in water. It may help you to feel much better and neutralize the stomach acid a little. You could also try eating only live raw foods and nothing cooked. Live foods contain their own enzymes so this can help those who are short on enzymes of their own. Maybe make some buckwheat pancakes since they are a little starchy and would absorb excess acid in the stomach. These suggestions may give you temporary relief. But you very well could find your answer in h pylori or cleaning out the bowel or both. You must first get regular before you can do the p b c shakes.

Don't give up, it get's better.
