Thanks for the info. I don't have hemmoroids now. I used to I think and that's why I'd crap blood if I took something irritating like pysllium, but not anymore. I take probiotics now and also a natural antibacterial. Hopefully this works. I currently take Kirkman Labs probiotics, but I hear that a lot of people on this board use Udo's Choice 8 probiotic blend or soemthing like that. Do you know if this brand works well? If so, i might try it once the Kirkman ones run out.
