I spoke to my Naturopath and he said it's for sure a massive die-off reaction. He said though it feels like $hit, it's actually really awesome that I am going through one this big, as I was so toxic. He changed the diet the ER doc gave me saying that was way too much sugar. Still very bland and I'm dying for something substantial. Still, the nausea is just so debilitating and I think I'm going to have to go to the health food store to get some activated charcoal. Thanks!
