Hi thanks. I'm pretty energetic I think. I do moving for a living so I move furniture about 30 hours a week. Been doing that for about 7 years. My job requires lots of energy and I have cut down a lot on sugar(the only Sugar I consume now is in some fruits and in some spaghetti sauce). Unfortunately when working though I feel very drained now with my more restricted diet.
