CRS is candidas and the LGS is leaky gut. I have had a lot of gas but it seemed mostly in the morning. I started taking a lot of vitamins about a month ago and have noticed tiny bit of hair growing where my hair had once receded. I just started taking something called Threelac and it seems to have an effect on me. This Threelac stuff cleans out the bad yeast right so I need to take a probiotic replenish the intestinal flora that's gone? Anybody know something good for that that's easy to find?
