esit is addictive so caution is required. I went mad on it and was doing a packet every other day! I soon levelled out however and now only use a bit (and less amount per serving) in the week.
I use it on the pancakes (obviously), in dandelion coffee, in nuts or seeds mixed with coconut oil etc, in yoghurts and on millet porridge etc. Its really is tasty!
