I am using Sonne's #9 intestinal cleanser - Powdered Plantage Ovato Blond Psyllium Seed Plus Husk

I use one teaspoon of psyllium + 1 teaspoon of liquid caprylic acid + 1 teaspoon of Sonne's # 7 liquid Bentonite clay mixed in 12 ounces of water. I take this once a day , sometimes twice a day...everyday , on an empty stomach as recommended. First thing in the am and then again before bed if I take twice or in between lunch and a late dinner. Whatever works.

I am also doing warm water enemas and that is usually when I see the big globs , strings and flakes.
