Thanks. I was referring to starchy vegetables, as against the more complex carbs. I am suffering a degree of brain fog 2day.

I bought coconuts on wednesday after reading the oil was good 4 me and assumed the fresh ones would be OK. But you are perfectly right. I ate one on Friday, and have felt ill since.
