You really motivated me to get going. I had been doing some other things, but I just started to down a p&b shake, with Grapefruit-Seed-Extract + other antifungals in it.

I haven't even finished it, but it is pulling the 'gunk' off of my tongue!
My tongue has been completely coated in white/yellow for as long as I can remember... can't brush it off, looks awful.. knew it was thrush, but...

Anyway, with each sip of the shake more of it is coming off. I have a pink tip, now!

This is helping me finish the awful-tasting P&B - very motivating as I visualize the same thing happening throughout my gut!
