Bloating is typical when you have dysbiosis in the gut (bad bacteria, parasites, candida), and incomplete digestion (low enzymes, low stomach acid, and/or blocked bile flow). The bad organisms will feed on your incompletely digested food and create waste products, including many gases like caron dioxide feeling, making you bloated with air inside.
