Also, I don't eat alot, and when I do, its typically healthy....I am not a sweets person and I work out....but I am hopelessly addicted to wine right now and can admit that I can't stop, at least not now....I've tried....I'm assuming that alcohol is the bad sugar? What to do when you just can't get rid of that one huge large vice but are battling this beast from hell!!
