It's so complicated to eat the "meat" of the old coconuts we have in store. It's as hard as rock (very fibrous and very hard to digest) and it's glued to the hard skin.

It seems the only coconuts you can eat really fresh without spending 5 hours on extracting the meat are the young coconuts. Dunno why we get the crappy ones here. Who the hell eat these?
