Definitely important to have a Liver Flush! I totally believe in them (they make sense) but I have been putting it off and have not ever done one Liver Fush yet! The time is soon. I think it would greatly improve my state of health!

I'm doing a lot to put good nutrition into my body as I've done for years and years now, but it's also important to get the bad stuff out!
