Hi Venk--You make a valid point. I would however, like to point out the fact that I know[2] people who have the most atrocious life-styles, live and eat in filth, work amoung contaminates, smoke, drink, and do drugs. They had to have a colonoscopy, which involves the clearence of all the bowels. They developed disbiosis, but [1 guy] after a few days of yogurt they was fine. The other adjusted after a week or so.
This is probably not the best example, but it does illustrate a point. I think once the "primary" cause of the imbalance is addressed, the body is quite capable of returning things to normal. Shroom
