Mt initial line of attack was to get rid of "mucioud plaque" where i thought they might behiding. I never imagined that I would see giant blobs of candida, but so far no plaque. What I understand about the plaque is that it can take many months to see any results, so I polan on stock with my cleansing for a long time until I see mucioud plaque as that is where the little suckers will live nad hide.
