I think lots of people eat way too much sugar.

I myself am very allergic to moldy stuff. My nose closes up completely from port, I wheeze when I eat aged cheeses (though I love them). I think it's just having a weak Constitution.

Maybe some people are too overboard with this stuff, I agree. I am having a surgery tomorrow, and I cannot have anything like aspirin, vitamins or herbs. I have been feeling great. Incidentally, I think I since I can't allow myself to worry and have elevated blood pressure, I have been feeling much happier.

Maybe we should all eat like we did when we were kids. Balanced.
