I just started the Raw Diet 2 days ago after reading alot about it. But now this concerns me a little that you say that one can stop menstruating. This doesn't sound like it could be healthy.... Can you please clarify because I'm of child bearing age, and I don't want to risk anything since I will want to have kids within the next few years. Thanks.
