Well , thats maybe because you needed the p the b and the ca in the shake. Also , it is when I do enemas that these big amounts come out. Now I am sure they wuld eventually come out with a bowel movement...or would they? who knows. IN any case many time I do an eneam and no bowel movement only a clump.

You know many people think they are bloated because of candida or die off or the psyllium is doing it. You know I am only bloated whe I backed up. The minute I get cleared out I am fine. And I am finding that it is the clumps of candida breaking loose seem to be causing constipation and the bloating.

I wonder if I had a colonoscopy what they would say about what is most likely covering my intestines. I have had colonoscopy before and no one said anything. This leads me to believe they must see stuff there all the time that they consdier to be "normal".

What are your thoughts on that shroom?
