i dont understand i have been doing a detox with some herbs for my colon for about 3 weeks now , and firstly i havent been able to go to the toilet without using an enema i dont want to use the enema but its better out than in..

also i have never in my life experienced Sugar cravings but these cravings are bloody horrendous as soon as i eat something i want more , and i assure you i have been taking my minerals...

maybe i should eat some fruit.....
this is sending me mad literally...
