Yeah, you are lucky to have raw goat's milk yogurt! Egret farms, right? I emailed them and received no response and I remember you saying they aren't reliable when it comes to ordering. That's too bad.... I would absolutely love some yogurt right now, I bet it's so delicious. And it's what Rubin recommended to take in his books, exact brand, too, as I'm almost 100% positive you know that already. I think I may start eating raw beef soon. In "Nourishing Traditions", the book I just got recommended by you, it says you can eat it after you freeze it for 2 weeks to kill off any parasites. I've been eating raw eggs, also, poached, too.
