Hi - I think this is directed to me?? The water I use is pre-measured in the Fleet enemas I use. I think it is about 6 ounces. I hold 10-15 minutes. I don't do coffee enemas becuase I did not like them. The one I did a long time ago, I just emptied out a Fleet bottle and poured in organic brewed coffee which was brewed in filtered water. Most folks who do these enemas get an enema bag, which holds a lot more water. Since I also do colonics, I feel I am ok with the small bottle for the in-between times.
