You asked back on another page what I do for my enema. I usually just use the commercial Fleet stuff which is a saline solution. After you mentioned warm water, I decided to warm up my enema bottles by putting them in a pan of hot water for about 15 minutes before I use, and it works much better that way. But, I also do colonics about once a month, so the bottles are sufficient for the in between times, I think. I once tried a coffee enema, but it made me feel woozy, and ACV does not work well for me either. It is amazing to see what has been in us!
