Another thing, I just don't see myself not having them in the future. Like, one day I'll wake up and never experience one again? I just can't see that happening. But maybe the healing crisises will become shorter and shorter in duration and the feeling of normality will last longer and longer until the dieoff just stops? That's what I think will happen. Sorry, I'm just so frustrated. I haven't even begun my real life yet and I'm going through this.
