Wow, 2 great responses. Thanks! No, I don't do the P&B shakes because when I take them, I go into a huge depression/brain fog state. Okay, another question. I had had Candida for 8 months before I started treating it, so according to this law, I should have been cured in March. It is now June and I am still feeling ill at times.

BUT, I was thinking.. up until I started treating the Candida, I had always had a horrible diet. Alot of pizza, hot pockets, sugary cereals, macaroni & cheese, fast food, etc. So is it possible that I'm detoxing from all those years of bad eating, not just Candida?
