It is possible that you are doing too much. I know exactly where you are coming from. I had a dr. tell me that for every year you were sick expect that many months to recover. In any case, this is a process and a slow one at that. It is sometimes confusing to know what to do, when ,how many times ,for how long etc. Many people feel like you do. I especially understand. My symptoms were intolerable. I cried many times over this. I also felt scared and hopeless. I feel sometimes like a yo yo. What I do know is that crying is release and your body like mine is undergoing a change. a radical one at that. From eating unhealthy and living in a sick being to becoming healthy. There are some who believe that addressing certain issues with the body will eliminate the candia and it is that simple, I am not one that believes that. Candida is a bacteria and a striong one at that. Bacteria have been existing on this earth for many more years than we have. That is because they can adapt physically to their environment. I have seen this with candida many times. Going on a diet is supposed to starve them, but it does not totally. All it does is maybe kill off some of the weaker ones leaving the stronger ones to proliferate. Although diet is a very important aspect of this program there is so much more to learn and do and I have found out.
To me candida and the illnesses it causes is a big puzzle and many things must come together to be successful. The pieces I believe are diet, pH, stress reduction, vitamin and mineral supplementation and EFAs to repair deficiences, lots of water to flush out toxins, exercise such as trampoline to stimulate lymphatic system and flush out toxins, and an agressive approach to searching out the candida and killing with antifungals, intestinal cleaning. There might be more I am not thinking of.
In any case, in my opinion one should listen to the body. If you are doing too much then back off some of the antifungals. If you feel poisioned you are overloaded with toxins, drink lots more water nad get some wheatgrass juice or a green grass drink to try to neutralize some of the toxins so you can feel better. If you are tired, get more rest. If you feel you cannot do something do not physically push yourself. Your body is in a state of repair. I am going thru the same exact thing.
What I found is I can feel great for two weeks and the plummet again for 3-4 weeks. Could this be because I slack off, could the die off be coming in waves. Any of these are possible. But if I look at each month compared to the month before I am a million times better than I was. So progress is being made.
But I find it is a delicate balance. I know during the 2 weeks when I feel great I slack off a little on things. I stop drinking as much water, I forget to do my trampoline, I forget some vitamins here and there and after a few weeks I am not feeling great again.
If you feel better this month than last and so on, you will get better. As long as you feel progress is being made. It might be small but it is still progress. Stick to you guns and you WILL get there.
Have you tried pb&c shakes ( with caprylic oil added) it has really killed lots of candida for me. Gotta drink alot of water with it though.
Good Luck to you!
