This means something you are doing is disturbing the "plaque" the yeast attach to. This makes them "free float" and macrophages will surround them to digest them. This causes small flakes which are white in color [from WBC's]. They are then destined to be expelled from the body. They should be present in stool as well--although not as noticeable. This is what I call a flush. -----------------------shroom
