So what would you guys consider a good anti-candida cleanser? Should I just replace the psyllium with ground flax seeds? So that is 1 teaspoon of Bentonite clay and 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds, with 8-10 oz water twice a day 1hr from food? I am using a small [50mil] urine enema twice a day. Which will presumably keep things moving. I feel that I have systemic candida quite badly, and ME [CFS]Thank you.Love and Light to you all, Deotima.
