1 teaspoon of psyllium and teaspoon of bentonite...add 8-10 ounces water shake vigorouslyess. Drink down immediately. Do this fiorst thing in the morning on empty stomach and at bedtime on empty stomach at least 1 hour away from food on either end. Always follow with more water
