Yes all I did was diet and eat tons of yogurt...store bought sweetened with nutra sweet.

I was better in about 6 months completely off diet in 12 months. But I do not recommend only doing what I did. I am lucky it worked. And I only used these methods out of ignorance. Not much was known about it and there was no internet.
