The only reason I got Candida was because of Antibiotics , and I will not starve myself of comfort food ON OCCASION just because of all this. I am definately more aware of my health & body now, but whats the point of living life if you can't have some junk food every now & then?

But I definately agree, I will not be eating Taco Bell 2 times a day like I was a year ago, haha! I have always loved fruit, and I will for sure base my future diet around them. I will also keep on maintenance with immune boosters and a glass of kefir a day. It obviously won't be as strict as it is now, but I will definately keep my body healthy from now on.
