I think you are right. I have long realized I'm addicted to it, which is always a bad sign. I think its time to shoot the yoghurt. I was limiting myself to 500ml daily, but could very easily eat a litre. All my senses are telling me something is wrong! Thanks. You've switched a light on for me.
