I was putting one teaspoon of psyllium , one teaspoon bentonite, and one teaspoon of liquid caprylic acid into about 10 ounces of water. Drink it down and themn follow with more water. I do this on an empty stomach and do not eat for at least an hour. I started this two weeks ago today. However, two weeks ago when I started I was only using the psyllium. I wanted to see how my body would react to the psylliun since I had some major intestinal trouble the last time I tried to use it. But that may have ben because I took it without regard to when I was eating. After about a week I had no problem so I added the other ingredients. So after really one 1 week of using the Bentonite and liquid caprylic acid and I am getting amazing result and fast too. The psyllium I used was Sonne' number 9 intestinal cleaner. It is the husks and seeds and is organic.

I am still in shock over these results. I just could not believe my eyes.
