Very convincing Magnolia, I feel exactly the way you do-have spent way too much on brand names and marketing gimmicks. I will be trying the EM's, will report back after I do.

So should I expect looser bowel movements/diarrhea the entire time I take these? Usually probiotics make my stools more formed and not less.
