i suffered with vaginal yeast for years. i would take canestan but it would have no effect. when i started the candida diet most of my other symptoms cleared up, but the vaginal yeast carried on with a vengence. Being gluten intolerant my diet relied heavily on other grains. however, when i cut out rice in all its forms my vaginal yeast cleared up totally. it was a miracle. If I eat rice, which I did a few months ago, I am guaranteed a severe outbreak of vaginal thrush within 24 hours. Maybe this will help others. xxx
