I have a hard time taking products surrounded by controversy. Since I have bowel problems as it is, its scary for me to think about repopulating the bowel with organisms that werent meant to be there. But are EM just organisms from the dirt, or do they include others from other sources as well? (though I couldnt guess what those other sources might be). I guess one could be getting these organisms in small amounts if they didnt wash off their vegetables thoroughly right?
Whats the worse that could happen and have you heard of any negative results from anyone taking the EM's?
