I have struggled with candida for a long, long time and just started considering using EM based on everyone's success stories. On the SCD website, they recommend combining 1 part EM with 1 part molasses and 20 parts warm water. Then you are supposed to let it sit in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Can I go ahead and order it and use these directions? How much should I take? Other people talk about letting it sit for much longer, or using something called a "fermentation kit." Is there something I'm missing? I'd like to try it as soon as possible, but don't want to get it wrong.
