I have a lot of luck with douching with collaidal silver and water. I also take it every morning orally....100ppm. Anlything less like 10 or 30ppm double dose it

I only ever douche though when the itching gets really bad, at certain times of the month. Otherwise, I finally have healthy clear discharge at ovulation and only itching about a week before my period instead of clummpy white throughout the month.

I am in relapse and fought this problem before...i can do it again, and so can you!

PS you might want to add caprillic acid to your diet. I was pleasantly surprised as to what that did for me!
