Remi : I have been taking a multi-mineral for a month. My ND recommended this. How long can I expect it to work. The Multim-mineral contains calcium and magnesium too. Should i take it on its own as well?

Also Isnt fibre supposed to be good for Bowel Movements?? See the I used to take Pysillum Husks every day to help me go 3 times a day. Do you think this caused the problem?
