yo guys, I'm on my 3rd day of Candigone and since I have IBS/Colitis I have frequent bowel movments. ive always noticed yellow looking dots in my stool floating. they almost look like small seeds. But today there were a shitload of them and they were much bigger.

Does anyone know if this is Candida? I dont remember eating any seeds or such. However i took a large amount of pro-biotics today in the morning.
