I am there with you.

I had two weeks where I felt great then I was plunged back into the abyss. My take on it is that die off does seem to come in patches.

I believe what happens is , to me anyway, one can only eat so much food and vitamins to neutralize the toxins. But if you have mor toxins than alkaine substances to neutralize , we will feel bad.

I am currently taking psyllium with olive oil and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract added to push the GSe into the bowel wall and kill them. I have seen some results, but I just stated on Sunday.

I am waiting for caprylic acid to arrive so I can add that to my psyllium.

I have hjeard much good about psyllium and it is definaltey worth trying it.
