Diaper rash is a deficiency in Zinc. Find a cream with zinc (any diaper rash cream should do AND supplement in Zink AND Selenium as these two use similar roles and in need of selenium your body will use out the zinc.

Coconut oil would also help to kill the fungus (short term). Long term, once your zinc deficiency has been compensated, you wont suffer anymore.
