Look at Moreless' postings about Candida and Blackstrap Molasses on the Alkaline/Acidic Forum. A lot of people have asked that same question. According to him, adding the Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon to the Molasses makes it okay for candida. I don't know all the technical stuff, but it definitely seems to be helping me.
