This is one of the most amazing books, it really
helped me on so many levels....Her recipes are
gourmet, (the book is worth it just as a recipe book)
and great for vegetarians. Jeanne Marie Martin is a
clinical nutritionist and covers everything under the
sun in this book. It is about healing your body, mind
and spirit, with food and nutrition, meditation,
exercises, support.....

This book features three different phases of a healing
diet, that can be used for other illness as well. She
teaches you how to work with beans and grains, how to
stock your pantry, and cook and choose vegetables....

No leaf is left unturned in this book. I learned how
to really cook and enjoy cooking. All of her books are
great!!!!!!!
