organic chicken. Eat and enjoy. This is not bs calorie counting. Don't take notes every minute. positive attitude enjoy the recovery..mental attitude.

PH I checked 1 a day sometimes missed a day. Sometimes morning and sometimes evening. The thing fluctuates. It can drive you nuts. Are you cheating..i assume no, are u eating right.. I assume yes. Just live and don't worry so much about PH.
My doc did not even mention it to me. I used it as a guide that I learned on Curezone which made sense but after the fluctuations it made me wonder. AVERAGE is key.

People are fussing too much over this. IMO.
