That's good to hear. I am trying to alkalize myself more and more everyday. I bought pH strips as well and have been measuring daily. so far, my pH is acidic in the morning (which is normal) but it's like a 5.5-6, when it should be around 6.5, i believe. then throughout the day, it gets higher between 7-8. then at midnight, it drops really low to like 5.5, which i don't really understand. maybe sleeping patterns. that's another thing i'm trying to fix.

can you describe your pH readings throughout the day both before and after eliminating candida?

also, besides the alkalizing diet, what supplements/exercises/etc did you do to speed the recovery process?
