You might want to ask a specialist about Depression and obsessive compulsive disorder (treated similarly) as well as anxiety (treated somewhat differently). I would shy away from self-diagnosis over the Internet... unless your diagnosis leads you to treatments... and those treatments are working. It sounds like you've consistently been back and forth without any luck. Might be time to look at a whole new angle.
